Green juice fasting is an amazing healing strategy.

The difficulty with doing a 21 day juice fast is mainly in your mind.
With green juice fasting you consume green juices and water for a certain time.
I personally have not tried it however i do love fresh juice and a good detox.
For this reason juices should never sit more than a couple hours.
All in all i enjoyed my 5 day juice fast.
I do have to say though drinking juice for 21 days will require some determination.
It might not seem worthwhile.

It seemed like time had passed so quickly and then i was nearing the end of my 21 day fast.
After completing it though i really don t feel i need another one.
During the final days of my fast i became pretty calm about the whole fasting business.
To begin drink juice and lots of water for 8 days and nothing else.
Set aside extra rest time during the first few days.
You may feel weak during the first few days of a fast as your body cleanses and heals.
Apparently it can remove body toxins eliminate a health condition that is bothering you and simply help you feel physically and mentally healthy.
It might not seem possible.
It might not seem easy.
